Noncompetitive, non-regimented camps focused on fun, growth and instruction. Live with and teach kids in: backpacking, trad. climbing, mountain biking, ww canoeing / kayaking, sailing, horseback riding , swimming, environmental ed., tennis and arts / crafts. Extensive tripping program.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at a college or university (or equivalent). Should have experience in and be willing to teach one or more of our activities (some training provided).
Salaries are individually determined. Food and lodging provided. 36 hours per week leave.
Room and Board:
1) Teaching skills and leading trips in an outdoor activity. 2) Working directly with kids as a counselor, advisor, and advocate constantly. For most staff, this means living with 5 or 6 kids in a cabin unit. 3) Participation and influence as a member of the camp community.
