Job Description:
Design and lead waterfront (canoes, rowboats) program for campers of all ages on the camp property. Give specific instructional sessions to campers registered for whitewater canoe camps & lead a 2 day whitewater canoe trip. Also oversee preparation for all other off-site trips.

Required Skills:
Lifeguard certification with current CPR for professional rescuer and whitewater canoe experience required. Canoe instruction certification preferred. Positive attitude, sense of humor, a passion for kids and the outdoors, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities:
Be a Christian role model. Lead waterfront activities daily. Instruct campers signed up for specialty sessions, lead or assist in preparation of off-site trips. Maintain boats in good condition, inventory trip equipment. Support other staff in evenings as needed, lifeguard at pool as needed.
